admin A collection agency has recently me a settlement for 50%. Should I request them to validate or directly to this offer? I like to place my $ 2,500, if I can. My other thought was to send them a check for $ 500 with the right wording, reflect that amount as payment in full as refrenced ions of this site. September 7th, 2011 admin 2 small medical collections (35.00 and 100.00) on the SOL. Both are pointed with a CA and the OC to contact me to the CA. Credit report lists the CA only, not the OC. CA said it over the phone only had to pay to update, but could not be deleted. They do not fall off, until 2010. So, since such a small amout I'm definitely willing to pay.

Debt validation? they contacted him and referred the case back to 171 F. 3d 1197 and is based on this case, they are denied their right to a debt validation, as was the first fault message sent to him in June 2008 request (although he never got that!) and now it is more than 30 days, so that the time has passed for applying for debt validation! May 10th, 2011 admin I have a collection account on my credit report for about $ 791.00. I sent two letters debt validation and the last with the intention to sue. I have disputed with all three credit bureaus and all have come back verified. I want to complain now, but do not know where to start. Can someone help me what should I do?
