September 18th, 2011 admin How should I approach this? Once upon a time, although legally separated, I had two insurance companies . BCBS was / is my primary and secondary Tricare was (ex is military). Dr. billed BCBS and they paid for “part” of it. Tricare should have paid the rest, but they never came in billed (Dr. office only insurer about the time of Appt.). I did not know there was no question to a collection for the difference (would have paid the Tricare, she had been charged), showed up on my CR.

rnIch live in AZ and I am open by a CA in MI for a debt in MI sused basis. I received a summons, answer and now have a mediation court. I had a friend that is a call atty not in my name as my friend's atty and ask for settlement. They told her I had to pay $ 4400 for the debts and $ 1,193 in the interests of 30 days. If I do not pay in 30 days they do that amount plus court costs in installments. In the summons, they said if I did not answer the summons I just pay the $ 44

Confused about closed acct and DOLA [dola] [circuit city]
September 17th, 2011 admin I opened a Circuit City card (now Chase) in 1999. I know I was late several times, perhaps at some point between 2000-2002, but I do not know exactly when DOFD was, as it does not show on my CR.

September 17th, 2011 admin Hopefully I have found this forum in time. I have today with Midland Funding mediation. They are suing me of a credit card account they say I had a few years ago. When I served, I replied by denying I had an account at Midland or contract with them. They went to my credit card bills and a sale contract between the credit card companies and Midland. What I do in mediation today? The lawyer, the Midland will be on communicating via teleconference.
