Reply:If your first paragraph was correct and it has been 12 years since the DOFD, it should have been deleted 5 years ago. Am I missing something?

They don't list a DOFD, my report says it's scheduled to be removed Oct. 2009. So I am guessing somewhere they are using Oct. 2002? However, I haven't had any credit cards or paid on any credit cards since 1999. So my guess is, it's been reaged.

Calling Experian for Inquiries Deletion [fraud alert] [pulling teeth]

I just called Experian and it was like pulling teeth, simply to get them to investigate the questions. do I have as I said Sisflomi and allow them to enter the fraud alert on my account so that the lady would also request to be examined. I asked to be removed for previous addresses and employers previos. With Equifax's on the results overnight. I will again tell you how long it takes to clear for Experian to these elements.

Neither admit nor deny.? [falsity] [proofs]

I have read in another thread, when to answer a complaint with the answer “neither admit nor deny” essentially close a ticket. This is how I planned to answer: “Defendant neither admits nor denies be without sufficient information on to a belief as to the truth or falsity of the form and leaves plaintiff to his proof.” Should I not say then?Reply:————————————————-

Good Scores for mortgage refinance [mortgage payments] [charge offs]

What would be considered a good result, I was able to refinance my home. My values are 642, 704 and 733rd I do not have collections, charge offs, etc. Only late payments (based on my expectation divorce and my husband is late mortgage payments) and some high balances. Otherwise, everything looks ok.Reply:During the divorce process, make sure that all joint accounts are paid off and closed.

Need some help here bump [tmy] [breaking the law]

I sent my first DV letter from SEST 1 May and I have 3 of 5 back. One of them was the IC systems, for they signed and I received the green card. Now they went and added one sentence to CR tmy days, after they signed for my DV letter. I thought I read that this is the whole point of the DV and they can not report on it being reviewed? You are breaking the law, right? And what do I do now? Can I sue now?
