I just wanted to know how to get the FICO score (the brown box with all the scores in it). I see that it is a myFICO thing, but when I go to the website, I do not know what to choose, get the 3 points. What should I do? Can someone give me please? I am for the brown box (maybe beige box) looking at the bottom of the screen some people.

Can your mother do any type of work for you…laundry? mending? household chores? childcare? for which you pay her a regular income and document that on her taxes so that she can qualify based on the additional income that you provide legally?
Also…if your current house does not sell for what you have invested in it, could you rent for awhile and use the rental income toward your new purchase?

Reply:You want to buy the FICO Standard product for all 3 CRAs. http://www.myfico.com/Products/Products.aspx. After you do that you will get a screen with all three scores.
You then will have to copy the info into your signature.
