December 21st, 2011 admin I LVNV on my report. Sent DV letter / RR to CR was in tx address. It was as if not to deliver in a position to check annoy address but with the same result, and disputed with CRA, this time LVNV my CR updated with a new date and amount but I noticed on the dispute results returned a different address , one in NC but when I looked at the CR updated with the new amount and date on it had the address in TX. December 20th, 2011 admin Hello, I must get rid of an open collection account with Portfolio Recovery I. It is not from my CR until 10/2010. If I pay this account, it will reset the reporting on my CR's for another 7 years, or even falling on the above date. It is past SOL, and I have disputed, but it is constantly reviewed. I know that the payment of the debt still has a negative impact on my CR's and I know it's a red flag on Lendor view it as an open account.

Midland made me pay aleast 2 payments of a debt form 1993. I made these payments in 2004. I haven't paid since then. Will the Staues of Limitations be effective or did I blow it.? Thanks Joe L.
