Just find a copy of my XPN report I pulled in October 2002. It shows that from the last reporting period (8 / 2002) my account (which never existed) was 90 + 17 days past due times.

nAuf my report that was drawn up on 03.11.2003 (all 3 offices), it shows Now that the account is past due 90 + days 45 times! Hmmm, I wonder how it sprang up 28 months in the span of 7 months? Something is something wrong here!

rnIch put at 07 April. Arrow was not on the matrix because I did not have time to deal with them. GE Capital, as the OC was on the matrix. I received a letter from Arrow of 19 April, 13 May and 27 May Each letter had to pay different amounts and different offers. I guess my question is, should I just throw away these letters? Part of me would “slap” like them.

September 10th, 2011 admin Hey, first post here. I tried the DV method for a CA and after the 30 days, I sent my second letter requesting the account be removed. Then I got a tip from a new CA trying to collect on the same account before I heard back from the first CA. What now? Do I have the new DV-CA? What about the first CA, I threaten suit, because they passed the bill without testing? I am lost.
