rnBasierend on what I read in these forums, calling a CA is usually not a preferred course of action, but without a valid postal address, I thought I would ask if it would be prudent in this case?

Reply:Call and ask for a mailing address… don't give account info, just tell them you're mailing a payment and need their physical address… works 1000% of the time.

Reply:I have had luck contacting my state DAs credit consumer office. I was getting recoreded calls by a JDB and no dunning letter. I gave them the phone number and they were able to provide an address. Don't know what your state has but it may be worth a try.
