Paypal isn't regulated like a bank and may not have a formal process for complying with a court order. However, they already freeze funds at the drop of the hat without one. I wouldn't recommend that you tempt them. In fact, I recommend that you don't use Paypal at all.

December 21st, 2011 admin I LVNV on my report. Sent DV letter / RR to CR was in tx address. It was as if not to deliver in a position to check annoy address but with the same result, and disputed with CRA, this time LVNV my CR updated with a new date and amount but I noticed on the dispute results returned a different address , one in NC but when I looked at the CR updated with the new amount and date on it had the address in TX.
