I have a hard train on my Transunion CR from logic true purpose permitted under states collection. But I have no accounts with any of my True Logic on 3 reviews. It is dated 2-2005.Reply:That actually kind of a gray area. CAs are permitted to pull your reports for Collection purposes. Some maintain that one of those purposes is to determine whether or not they want to try to collect from you. Technically, they are supposed to have the contract to collect first, but many don't.

December 31st, 2011 admin So I pull a new report . Equifax and 25 of 26 accounts (mostly negative for BK) are gone! Has it happened to anyone else, or has anyone heard of this happening?
